*roll eyes* Well I totally misread it. I already have the 11★ from somewhere... So I limit broke to 90 already.
Now I need to figure out how to arrange my chips to take advantage of the 13★ and Zeraphy for Eq, which I think I will be forced to drop Darker Buster and Seiga Javelin because I can't handle the cost.
Edit: Unless you already brought the monthly limit, you can buy one for 30 EQ chips if you are that impatient.

Elemental resonance is base on weapon cap, not elemental value? I need a way to cut down cost by 5 so I can sneak Seraphy instead using a cost 0 chip if I want to use Zeiclaw and Seraphy ani.
Costdown is based on weapon cap, yes. All you can really do at the moment is just to farm material zeroes and get as many weapons as you can.

Daggers or any weapons you use a lot should be considered. Me personally I'm waiting for Wind revolt units, and Flame Revolt units, because shock and freeze are a pain to deal with.
having both the double drops and rare item boost buffs is kinda silly; ive been finding weaponoids, 12* materials, and material zero almost like they are meseta drops
For those who don't understand the new Delightful Seraphy chip, the formula used to calculate the bonus multiplier is really stupid.

Yes, that does say "Total element score to the power of zero-point-five".
Of course swiki already compiled a table of element score ranges to give you a good idea where your bonus will lie. Plug your numbers into the above formula if you want exact numbers.
