Since the last thread mentioned Vita version, it'll have to be block 221. Block 20 is a PC only block.

I feel B:20 is a horrible place for beginners I got lucky and found my original team master there but it's a mix of everything N H VH and SH.


Try searching the Visiphone for any possible team taking begginers. You can try going with the general english speaking population, but some can be uninformed.

Its pretty much only block 20. Most of the other blocks are pretty quiet so ship02 is the best of both worlds
