PSO2 exe has stopped working

After the 7/1/15 maint I keep getting an exe stop, I tried checking old/missing files, checked deleted/empty files, fix pso2exe and fix gameguard errors and nothing works. I received this error log from the paste bin. pastebin.com/Q2Mb1rxn Any help would be appreciated
