Hello I played PSO2 a long long time ago and I still get news updates with the email I registered with, and other sega id emails; however the authentication code they are suppose to send is not coming in. When I went to try and change my email it wont accept any of my secret question responses I know are right is there anything else I can try to recover my account?

Try making an email account on a JP site . I hear that sometime solves the problem
