Regarding the new collab boss, "sfc" is Shining Force Cross, some action RPG arcade game from SEGA. I guess it had some past collabs with PSP2i.

Knight Gear appears to be this guy:

I'm slightly surprised that no one caught that earlier.

Pretty cool, he kinda fits in with the whole darker look. It's no surprise to me that not many people caught on, since it's a Japanese-only arcade game.
