I click on JP launcher and am getting "Error No. 107" now, out of the blue. What does this mean?

Is anyone else getting that 107 Error though? I don't use the patch/ tweaker thing, I play using the vanilla JP launcher.

Umm.. Over here it's 4:33PM and in Japan it's like 0:33AM (fair enough), but they have global moderators right? Or some sort of staff/technicians that will fix the problem I guess..?
