Black Screen

I just downloaded this game and i'm having a big problem. I am using the Pso2 tweaker in patching then when i click the "Launch PSO2" option the game opened but it only display black screen and when i opened the task manager i cant see the "pso2.exe" anymore but the program is still running. Please help i really wanna play this game

ok after reading some thread in the forum i mostly fixed all my problem XD only 1 thing now that i cannot pass is when the game start the intro video shows up and then only black screen
