What is Time Attack?

Conspire told me to ask this question and said I need to be educated. So what is Time Attack and how do I attain it?

It's how poor people become slightly less poor.

There is a NPC named Klotho/Chroto/whatever that has a set of daily COs involving time attacks which reward you with a decent amount of meseta. If you clear these Time Attack Client Orders (TACOs) regularly you can earn a bit over 1 million meseta per day.

To unlock these, you just have to clear out the relevant missions on free exploration (or just unlock free exploration for those areas, I forget).
