    Default cant get into the game

    Hi gamers.. i just created an account twice and still i can't log in to the game.. its says "PlayID authentication failed. Please check your PlayID and password, then try again. [No. 603]".. I'm running out of options guys please help me out..

    PlayID's are always lowercase. Passwords are also cap-sensitive. Make sure you've set up your account to work with Phantasy Star Online 2, and correctly followed a tutorial.
