pso2.exe STILL not working after much troubleshooting.

After patch checking and fixing the EXE's, I still encounter that accursed error when I'm trying to get into the game. I'm using the Tweaker for this and I'm still unable to get into the game. The error happens as soon as the game boots up, not even getting to the SEGA screen.

My install as as vanilla as it can get; no patches, no nothing.
