Error 12002 Can't download the game?

So I've been trying to play PSO2 for a while now but I keep getting error 12002. I've had other errors and managed to fix them, but this one doesn't seem to go away. I haven't played the game so it tries to install the entire thing and it takes a while. My best guess is that it keeps on timing out. I turned off my firewall and even upgraded my internet but it's still the same result. I don't know what else to do. Also, I'm wondering if my download progress is being saved each time the error pops up.

Yes, it is being saved, and yes, it most likely is a connection issue. Just keep retrying, but also keep in mind that installation will take forever that way.

Error 12002 is usually timeout on the sega launcher, usually got to keep on retrying until its finished.
