Fire Emblem always looked stupid and boring, as do all the characters from it. Waste of character slots, in my opinion.
If it's your first time with the series, I'd say go for it. It is VERY forgiving if you screw up unlike previous FE's. (It has that casual mode where units don't "die" but retreat making it more like a Disgaea expereince)Originally Posted by Gardios

Oh, please. It seems that your post belongs here.
When I first saw the trailer I was really hoping they'd be incorporating different artstyles of each game into SSBM now, like celshading for these guys and more realistic shading for those guys etc.
Or maybe they already do that and I just don't know because I haven't played SSB since the early gamecube days.
