How to transfer team leadership to another?

Since I don't play as often, how can I pass leadership of a team to another player?

Team leader, if not login for 30 day, a Team manager can do a "coup" and take control from t he inactive leader

It's in the context menu when you click on someone in person or view through the nearby players list.

They need to accept the role, similar to a party request.

Where is the option to give someone team OP? The only options I can find are "demote to common member" and "remove from team".

Lol, this thing happened to me a while ago, leadership can only be transferred to someone else "physicaly" with you ingame (click on them), not from the team menu. Sega and their UI...

That player must be manager 1rst I think.

What if there's no Team master? Or manager?

I figured it out: my Japanese was rusty, and the option was actually "promote to common member", because the person who's gonna give Team OP to our friend was only on as a "visitor". I've fixed it since then.
