PSO2.exe has stopped working WIN 8.1

So trying to connect to PSO2 and I remember from a few motnhs back (still happening now) that after logging in (on the portal to head to the lobby) it just sticks on it, still moving etc and then pops up pso2.exe has stopped working.

I used to be able to run it, but since an update a while back it has stopped.

SOLVED! Disabled my antivirus, deleted gameguard folder, let it redownload. I also used the tweaker to redownload the pso2.exe
