So im guessing one of the big questions
Can BO use technics w/o having FO or TE as a sub.

Well it'd be silly for BO not being able to use the mechanics of its weapon until it unlocks subclasses.
It wouldn't be much of a striking/tech hybrid if it couldn't use techs. They already demonstrated it using techs in the videos, and it'd be silly for them to specifically show that off if it relied on a subclass.
I doubt Jet Boots can hotkey Techs. Check out this video at 53~ Seconds.
You can see the PA for the Jet Boots switch between three different ones, all while doing normal attack combos. So I'm pretty sure it's a combo PA system like HU/FI/Gunslash/Katana/TMG weapons.
Not "Press Shift to toggle bar" that the Rifle/Launcher/FO/TE weapons behave as.
We can see Techs on the sub pallet... but there isn't a way to tell which subclass is being used. So for all we know, it could still require FO/TE as a sub to use techs. (I doubt it , but SEGA).
Their Jet-Boot Step Attack (If that's what she uses after Megid) looks like it moves forward a lot; I wonder if it has a huge delay or if it might be one of the better quad dash weapons.
I also wonder if Double-Jump is native to Jet Boots, or if it requires Jet Boosts + Bouncer. I'm hoping that all class ones can grant other classes double jumping.
Bleh, I just want them to come out already so I can play and try it all for myself.
afaik Techs on subpallets don't benefit with weapons T-Atk.
Yeah they do.
EDIT: To clarify, that whole rumor started because the tech the most people would have on their palette AND use without a tech weapon was resta. People noticed that it healed the same amount regardless of whether or not they had a tech weapon out, leading people to believe that using a tech from the subpalette didn't use weapon T-atk. It actually turns out that it's just Resta. It never uses weapon t-atk no matter where you put it, that's why it has no variance.
Casting from the sub Palette isn't any different from casting from the weapon palette.

ah okay then I misunderstood the part from the Build Thread 2.0
Your equipped weapon's T-Atk is not factored into the amount healed, so you may as well keep it on your subpalette rather than on your weapon
can we have an updated list of what some skills can do in that skill tree?
