I keep finding outdated info, so i'd like to ask, are jet boots still outclassed later on by dual blades in terms of dmg?

In general,
Under photon blade fever, dual blades outclass them solely because it never runs out of PP for its DPS.
Outside photon blade fever, jet boots are pretty much your main weapon.
Juggle between both cooldown skills in a lengthy boss fight. Burn up your PP with jet boots under rapid boost like a normal melee weapon, when it ends gain it all back with PBF while maintaining DPS.
For typical free field/seasonal EQ bosses, there's some bosses where jet boots are better and some where dual blades are better.
I can't really tell you how to play besides that, but you'll be really good with the class if you follow this sort of thinking.

have never seen any jet boots user outdmg me when im using db in parser, like ever. so yea

Jet boots work very well. Vinto combos out-DPS dual blades during Rapid Boost (which now lasts longer thanks to a recent buff), making it preferable to switch between weapons as the skills go on cooldown. It also depends on the situation, though. Niren Orochi has an overpowered potential making it exceptional on breakable parts.

Personally i prefer both stance, leave this build base spending 76 points each and else you can add to what you like.

Hmm they're both outdated TBH. As Ahri says, dual stance since ATK Ups are now quite devalued and Craft Mastery is no longer relevant. Let me update mine in an hour or so.
