according to goog translate, this thing increases the break stance, which means.... get break stance? (kinda wished for a better potential for a 12*)

This 11* weapon probably gives better percentage and can be easily used with elemental stance.
Am thinking of using フブキレイセン whose potential is basically PP Slayer (under 50% PP S/R-ATK increases by 150/200/250). Any good PP breakpoints? I was thinking of around 120, since that'd let me get to 50% PP quite quickly, but still be able to do 2 Disperse Shrikes when under.
So if I understand how elemental stance works. If my weapons attribute is the weakness of the enemy im attacking ill do more damage?
And if I charge a different element technic itll change my attribute so long gear is up to that?
(Ex. 25% wind JB + charged grants = 25% light)?

It probably does get multplied by weapon element. I don't have any SP in craft mastery though, so I can't say for sure. If the extra attack is shown on the weapon's status screen itself, then it probably is. If it's just added to your stat totals, then who can say.
