Since austere is not an option for me would quortz or gal boots be the next best option in general for bo/hu?
trying to measure if gal boot range potential is more restrictive compared to the >=30% pp threshold of the tokyo ones

So since I now inadvertently have a pair of 60% Tokyo JBs, what would be best to do: go Bo/Fi (or Bo/Hu) with them, or stick with my Zirenheit as a Fi/Bo? I have full class boost for Bo.
Also, does anyone know if I would have to use L/Perfect Keeper Striking or L/Perfect Keeper Tech for Jet Boots (not using Jet Boots Strike)? I'm not clear if they apply to the ATK type used or the type of damage.

Jet boots are dealing striking damage so you would use PK Strike.

Bo/Fi tend to be better if you're going with using both Tech and PAs, meaning you will need to affix t-atk on your stuff.

Vinto is Striking type, so PK Striking, but I'd consider PP Convert or Photon Flare first, much as i hate having to find yet another subpalette spot for it.

with JB having allready the highest passive pp regen via deband pp restorate/pp field, j reversal pp gain and 13*s boots like austere or quartz and if FI sub tech arts JA pp save. i think that pp convert would be overkilling it

As a teching class you can never have too much PP, considering you can easily burn excess PP on Zanverse

Is playing JB in the sense of using Techniques a thing?

I've generally been on the Melee JB/DB as Bo/Hu since it's release.

I throw out techs every once in a while for fun or to pick something weak off from range, but no, it's not really a main source of damage.

If you play as a t-atk jb bo the usual method for clearing weak enemies fast is a charged aoe tech>elemental burst

Outside that not so much other than to recharge element after vintos or a tech>tech>vinto combo on a staggered enemy
