Huh, that's pretty neat.
Oh wow, I had two in my storage, so I grinded one to +10 and unlocked. I noticed I wasn't able to fill my PP bar in one cast of resta, but I counted the number of pulse you had and saw five, so it's crafted multi resta. Then again, I'm running as an ice FOFI, so natural regen from PP restore doesn't help cover the last bit. Still neat. It need further testing to see if there is more worth to this double saber than my atk pp restore gunslash.
On the flip side, there is always megiverse.
Edit: Can spam DA without too much worry with megiverse up.

To answer you GHNeko, looking up on both cirnopedia and pso2.swiki, only two weapon got that potential right now, the sword Zapper Edge and the double saber Packer Vogue, which is the one I got.
This will surely get patched when Sega get around to it, even if not truly game breaking. Then again, it proc also from mates items, so a FIHU or HUFI with high hp and automate halfline could put that potential to good use. For example, an HUFI with 1k hp would get 66pp from a dimate with latent lv1 or 99 from lv3.
