You probably aren't going to get much help here, because this is the board for the original PSO. Try posting on the PSO2 board. I recommend you start off by asking this question in the Quick Questions thread. You should be able to get a good answer in no time.
I wrote an AC purchasing guide for JP PSO2 a long time ago. I don't play PSO2 anymore, but I still play Blue Burst sometimes. Maybe I'll catch you on there!
