Cannot access PSO2 Proxy

Not exactly sure what happened, but after disconnecting from a Falz Luther EQ, I did
an update for windows 8 this morning. After the update finished, I opened the
tweaker again.

Though now I can't seem to access the servers anymore through the
proxy and cannot access the C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts file. I keep
getting an error from the bin that reads "The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable"

I've tried doing the manual set up for the proxy (Using the notepad to update the
host file and getting the injector), but I keep getting the same "Corrupted and
unreadable" error.

Is there a solution to this, or am I just stuck now? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Oh solved the problem. Seems Windows 8's most recent update has actually deleted my host file and considered it "corrupt".

I uninstalled the most recent update down to one that doesn't have silly security measurements and reinstalled the host file at this site here "http://winhelp2002.mvps.org/hosts2.htm"

I'll leave this thread up for anyone else having this issue.
