Usually alot of people play during Japan night time. More specifically during night EQ time and daily reset.
9 PM to 1 AM Japan Time, I guess? Before and after those time server tend to be more peaceful (less people, less lag). Except on weekend / holidays ofc.
Around 18:00 - 01:00 JST usually.
Well it might also help if you post what ship you're on :P
