That is correct the Story Persona doesn't count.

I found Persona pretty easily in Aquatic ExQ. yeah, that counted towards nothing. 2 Rounds of Chaotic and haven't seen him yet. I'm very disappointed in this round's choice of kill. While we're at it, let's make Knight Gear the next round...
