I'm new to the concept of it so im wondering can I get a brief explanation of the benefits to it besides it can sell for alot of $$$$$$$$$$.

Also how easy or hard is it to obtain one?!

They are AC exclusive scratch items so obtaining one is all about the size of your pocket book and RNG. They are crafting items meant to add a class to a weapon. So if you were crazy you could say add force to a Weddle Aid and have them run around with it. Though that's just an example.

Nope. People sell these. A while ago they were at about a million a pop, dunno about now but I can say for sure class addition(Bouncer) will be a lot more expensive than the others.

You have to buy the AC Scratch Tickets and hope you get one from it.

You do both, buy AC and then buy AC scratch using AC (obviously) and then pray to RNGesus.
