So, I'm using Windows 7 and am now facing the problem of a potentially defective hard drive. This means reinstalling Windows on a NEW hard drive, and I've read around and found out that the best way to back up the game is by copypasting the SEGA folders in Program Files and My Documents.

Now, my problem is that I can't play the game without the Proxy and Tweaker, and I can't remember the names of the two programs/plugins that are required to run the game - something along the lines of Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable and Direct X End User, if I remember correctly? These two programs are installed automatically for those who can still download the game by official means.
