Yeah it happened around 6:00pm - 7:00pm last night for Verizon users i guess.

I have a friend who lives in NJ and uses Verizon and can't connect either...although he has been getting error 103 rather than 107...

New Jersey as well... Pso2.jp won't load up. :/ time to use proxy and cross your fingers that you won't get banned.

Already using it. I just bit the bullet and bought the proxycap license for $40 though instead of fighting to get proxifier to work for 31 days. Needed one anyway since the occasions I did duties in FF14 the lag was shit.
