^Yuuei, Loser stone 11* katana seems like a good start. It's also allclass.

Just collect 100 stones from DF Loser battle for one. And then another 100 to get another Yuuei, so you can max its element.

FYI, element percentage adds to the base attack. So, if you have Yuuei(854 base attack at +10 grind level) and its element is 50 Dark, the base attack will be 854 +(854*0.5)=1281, not counting affix yet. And this new base attack apply to all type of enemies, not just the Dark weak ones. The dark-weak ones will even receive additional damage if you use this katana.

If you have premium and a few mil this is the best you can buy.

Something like 20-30+, yeah. Apos Dorios drops stones too, 1-2 generally.

Without XQ access, you're kinda shot for easy to acquire katana beyond Loser trade-in. Ares Katana is pretty much the best for literally everything, but that's 13* and drops from Anga Fandarge, so you have to be 70+ just to access the quest. The trade-in's perfectly suitable for leveling though, and you might find something better along the way, so that's a good goal to set yourself for.

I can't seem to get a good party for some EXP grinding.

EXP grinding in general is pretty bad outside of EQs when you're by yourself. Make sure you're on a block suitable for the highest difficulty you have access to, it'll be easier to find people that way.

TD2 has a decent chance at getting one of These if you can get a party that's good at clearing it.

EDIT: Also Matterboard 16 will get you this which is all-class.

EDIT AGAIN: Though if you're absolutely stuck behind the premium paywall and need something now this is the strongest in terms of base attack power you can buy, but the latent is not very synergistic.
