Hi guys, so i went to the wiki and its says it drops on tower defense invasion XH or Merry christmas on ICE 3.
I wanted to know who exactly drops it if anyone knows.
Is it a Bosses?

Doesn't seem like there's any confirmation. The only enemies common between those two quests that weren't previously featured in XH City are Dicahda and Predicahda, but neither of those seem likely to drop it. With the possibility two different enemies drop it, there's no way to pinpoint it through logic, so it'll be necessary to wait for someone to confirm a drop.

Any enemy can drop it in either Christmas on Ice or Mining Base 1 from what it looks like.

I got it on christmas XH , but forgot who dropped it

Got it in XH Christmas during a cross burst. Pretty sure you can get it off any enemy in XH.

Pretty sure I got mine off a gulfur or a fangulfur.
