    Default Unlocking Potential Question.

    I have a simple question about unlocking weapon potentials. Let's say I have the assault rifle "Firearms" and I unlock it. It has "Steadfast Reaper" which increases the damage of the Ranger skill "Standing Snipe" by 7% at unlock lvl1. Let's say i have both of those skills (Standing Snipe 1 and 2) maxed out. Would the bonus from "Steadfast Reaper" effect both of the skills individually so adding 14% damage (7% for 1 and 7% for 2) or just effect it overall for a flat 7%?
