Reason: Magatsu Emergency Quest Dropped Weapons have attribute percentage lower than 25%
Affected Schedule: Dark Falz Elder (from 14:00 to 17:00 JST)

Rare Drop Boosters +100% All Quests from 12/26 to 12/28
