Since Bows are used primarily for bosses, Ideal would be the best by a good margin. Only thing that out-damages Ideal right now on bosses would be the Nemesis Bow against Anga, but it's not by much so it's not worth it to aim for. If you want to mob with Bows, then I guess Ares Bow for that.

So it seems like the top pick for each R-ATT weapon:
AR: Skull Sorcerer
Lawnchair: Ares
Bow: Ideal ( or gal)
but there is a catch with using Ideal, being that Ra main cannot equip it. Best for Ra main is probably crafted specific PA boosting bows (notably Nasuyoteri for Banish Nemesis), following which would be crafted Red for Banish>Master Shoot>Nemesis or general use

Well that completely passed over my head. I might as well be ra/hu since Bellion said it's just overall more damage and sadly I'm not one shoting XH mobs anymore with cluster.

Honestly any Striking/Ranged 11* is outclassed by EX13 Red Weapon POT1 with the exception of things like Meteor Crugle

How about that crafted Homing Emission?
because lately its just End Attract 90% of the time and SC the other 10% in its possible scenarios. Other than that - Piercing Bullet to set up a JA for EA. IDK how Glory Rain compares to End Attract on Maggy though.
I feel like I'm missing something specifically from the rifle; but it just works when I spam End Attract. Not that it's entirely a bad thing since I am quite lazy as of late. But are all other rifle PAs MIA? Thoughts?
If it's Launcher stuff then its the usual Cluster Bombing and Cosmo and maybe some zero distance because it works.

Don't craft HE. uncrafted is 2-3 times stronger than crafted if landed properly. Glory rain is pretty good but I'm not really a fan of it. Typically I like to work with 2 palette with Rifles: HE/IS/Diffu for fast breaks and Piercing/EA/SC for slower targets.
For Launcher, it really is pretty much those 3, with Rodeo for TA.
One point has some use against fast moving targets.
Hell I even use EA for breaks. ._.
