While fiddling with the graphical options, I managed to blank the start menu of all options. Is there a way to restore it without re-installing the program and re-downloading all the patches again?

While fiddling with the graphical options, I managed to blank the start menu of all options. Is there a way to restore it without re-installing the program and re-downloading all the patches again?
Ignore. The blank menu was my naff internet acting up.
However, the large files patch does not seem to to loading properly as most menu and item text is not translated. When starting the tweaker, it says all three patches are up to date (December). Currently running through troubleshooting options and hopefully downloading a fix.

Patches are completely screwed so a re-install is in order.
Would anyone share their tips on avoiding accidental tampering with the patches? They seem to be very sensitive to any changes in the tweaker.
