Since TEHU cannot optimize technic usuage like TEBR can, leftovers SP are easy to dump into wind and/or deband cut/toughness (after PP related skill for when doing burst damage with HU weapon, if this still apply to TEHU gameplay?).

I'm going with Tech C Parrying (despite casting from Rikauteri most of the time and thus rendering it useless, no other choice), Killing Bonus (for Ragrants spamming against mobs to charge compound) and P Keeper Tech (for boss EQs).

Chase Advance (Plus) + Wand Gear Element, that's free 1.43x mobbing damage. 15% chance is not much, but for a clusterfuck of mobs swarming then it's over 80% chance of status inflict per monster.
I would still go for TE/HU tho, 'cuz Massive Hunter + Automate

Well, just math stuff.
Per hit: 15% inflict, 85% miss.
10 monster = 10 tech explosion hits per monster.
Miss chance per monster 0.85 ^ 10 = 0.1969
Or 19.69% miss and 80.31% SE chance.
Not sure if this applies to freeze though.
