I have been gone for a while. Is Saiki still our only viable armor set if we want the 195PP to use Rikauteri? I really would like to have more HP but I can't fathom giving up the bow.

If you don't mind giving up the 60 atk from saiki's set bonus you could try pp crafted double units with an non-crafted Kaiser back unit. It would total to the same amount of PP while also giving 120 extra hp. It also gives you the option to use different rear units (like the magatsu rear) if you want to drop a bit of PP for more HP or whatever.

And here I thought the devs knew better than to make it Jet Boots Gear 2.0 since the Techer demo quest literally shows how meta zondeel is for a Techer. *facepalm*
(well, I guess these are the same people that conceptualized the Standing Snipe ring so...)

To be fair, NT wands today only cost about 3~4m to grind and affix (5s), but yeah it still takes quite an amount of time to get a rainbow set.

Not exactly.

Saiki units give 0 HP, 25 PP (three units).
Double units give 120 HP, 20 PP (two units).
Double set + Kaiser = 120 HP, 35 PP (120 more HP and 10 more PP than Saiki).
Double set + Photon Drive = 220 HP, 25 PP (same PP as Saiki, 220 more HP).

There's no way 60 ATK will ever be better than 120 HP and 10 PP.
