back-up save? comes up as text files?

Everytime I go to grab my save file from my web browser after I make a back p I cannot download the file? How do I download it to the VMU? it only comes up as a text file. any help is great thanks-

This is how I back up my files. I send an email with my files to my pc. I keep the letter. If i'm ever f*cked i'll forward the letter back to my dc using web browser 2.0. You can't download vmu files that are not .VMI if you attemp to send your vmufiles using outlook express or web based it won't work because the attachments well be coded differently and they will show as text, hope this helps ya =)
