    Default R.I.P. Leonard Nimoy

Just got word from a friend about his passing.

Nimoy passed away at the age of 83. He will be missed.

He lived quite a long life, though. I guess he took his Vulcan advice (Live long, and prosper).

Never really feels all that sad, when someones gotten the chance to live a long life before passing, unless you know them personally I guess.

    RIP guy

He was a big part of my childhood having grown up with the original Star Trek and motion picture movies. I understand what you're saying; I'm not deeply depressed, but it is sad that he's gone. I'm actually surprised he lived as long as he did considering what he died of, and how much he smoked in his younger years. However, I am glad that he lived a very long life. Leonard Nimoy and Robin Williams are the only actors that actually got me down for awhile when they passed on, since they were big parts of my childhood.
