Is there a complete listing of all the Interval Shops anywhere (primarily the Skill Disks)?

From what I gather, there are 4, and there's a translation of the skills they offer earlier in this thread.

I was trying out C-Mode for the first time and was getting kinda worried because I got 630ed three times in a row. Thank god that apparently isn't the norm judging by the last few posts. <_<
