Stuck on Loading Screen After Character Select

Exactly what the title says.

Google search said it probably has something to do with the recent PSO2 update (I last updated it March 16, 2015) and the patches not being compatible or something. I updated all patches already but I still get stuck at the loading screen after character select.

Please help! I miss playing the game and now I can't! :<

Run a file check, then try to launch the game vanilla. If it works, then install each patch one at a time checking to see if the issue persists between each patch install.
