What's happening with my PSO2es?

I finally tried to fix the issue I had before according to the guide but apparently it's something entirely different.

But instead I get this window:


And google won't even let me log into the mail account I used for this without my mobile phone number.
Then I tried making a new mail and cannot even login for the first time before google demands my mobile phone number.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

PS: I only ever accessed the email accounts via bluestacks, not even my own pc.
And it actually worked the first time, then pc crashed and I haven't been able to do anything since.

Did you download the latest APK from Bumped?

That means that your apk is outdated and it's prompting you to go back to Google Play and download the latest version. You can either go to bumped and use theirs or use the tweaker and redownload the game from scratch.
