Game crashes during AIS

A friend has a problem with the game crashing at AIS instances (both TD3 and Magatsu 2). I've already told him to check for missing files and stuff but still crashes. Any suggestions on how to fix this? (other than reinstalling)

Click on Check on PSO2 updates instead, try the new method, if that doesn't work try the old method, should replace the outdated/bad/missing files.

Told him to apply the above, will wait after a few Magatsu EQs to see if the problem was fixed as it only occurs whenever there's an AIS

EDIT: Problem fixed now, AIS now works in both Magatsu EQ and TD3. Thanks for the help
