Re-read what you posted. Please. It doesn't even begin describing the given image, nor does it actually contradict anything I've said about the legal stance on child pornography. The exceptions were for cases where things that would normally be considered child porn wouldn't be.

The exceptions segment listed some common cases where it could be argued (e.g. the main purpose for the media in question is educational or artistic in nature), but the list under it is something of a checklist for arguing against the argument that it is in the name of art, and similar arguments. Either I appended it oddly or it is formatted oddly to begin with.

1) A minor has to be an actual person or resemble one. An image that does not depict a real or realistic looking person cannot fall under the category of child porn.
2) Child pornography victimizes the minors involved. I can't speak for Vlima Leopard, but I don't think it was victimized or otherwise harmed in the production of the picture under discussion.

This whole thing can be summarized as people being unable to properly separate fiction from reality. In order for child pornography to apply to anything, the depiction has to be unmistakable from an actual person. A stylized depiction of a person (which is anything that isn't unmistakable from an actual person) absolutely cannot be considered child porn under legal terms, because then it's just an image depicting a character. Not a minor. Not a human.

That is probably how it should be, but differs in practice from what I can tell.

Namegid...lol. Sazonde and Nazan are actually incredibly high DPS options, at least with Elysion/Boots of Seraphy. Gimegid is also far superior to Namegid as far as damage output goes, and Ragrants is also an insane boss killer. Namegid is just PP efficient and easy to land. Ilbarta is really good though.

If anything, fire is the one that has bad DPS, and it's arguably the best element despite that. It really is just a lack of enemies weak to it.

Ah sorry, I've never actually used it (or a dark build). It just seemed powerful. You know what I meant .

They're only 'relatively weak' because of outliers like the power of Fi/limit break, the existance of WB, and FO having everything on a silver platter. By themselves, katana BRs, and GUs are alot more than just passable with proper gear/spec (I know for a fact katana braver damage is strong). Setups like what FO is just take it up to 11, and make even combat finish seem tame now thanks to fome-facerape.

For MPAs, WB usually benefits most classes approximately equally, except for things that only certain classes excel at hitting (e.g. Luther's beak, ranged weapon only headshot areas). LB fighter, well-geared Force and certain Ranger combinations are probably the classes to beat in this regard, and are part of the reason some classes seem underwhelming.

I find myself using Na Megid (Running fire/dark for maximum Fomelgion damage) on UQ bosses when PP Convert isn't up, but even with it active, it feels like Ra Foie spam is barely beating it, and I'm not sure if it's even better then Gi Megid spam.

Rafoie is pathetically weak (479-519 power, does 100% of notation) compared to Namegid (3721-4021 power, does 100% of notation). Why would you even compare them. It takes about eight uses of Rafoie to do the same amount of damage Namegid would under equal circumstances. Accounting for casting delay, Namegid would be outright better if it weren't for Ultimate Lilipa having fire weakness and dark resistance (so Rafoie gets a 1.2x bonus and Namegid gets a penalty, probably an average of 0.85x but it varies on the target, some have more resistance).

Gimegid, on the other hand, is 1050 power (again, 100% notation) with a 0.3-0.6s charge time, and costs 17 PP before accounting for PP Charge Revival (so 13 PP cost with max merit, and even less otherwise). Gimegid only takes four casts to out-damage a single use of Namegid, and accounting for casting delay, even at worst merit you can get four casts in about three and a half seconds. Namegid's charge time is six seconds. Namegid just looks like it does more damage because it does it all at once.

There is an exception to typical definitions of child pornography. If it can be proven that the depiction has serious literary, artistic, political, or scientific value, it may be exempted from child pornography laws.

From the quoted paragraph you mentioned. Essentially, what this is for is pictures such as artistic nudity of minors or things like family photos in the bath or a child running around less than fully dressed. I've heard of far too many cases where parents went to print out images of their children in a bath at a public service (simply having the picture on the phone can get people busted, regardless of whether they wanted that specific picture printed or not), and ended up getting arrested for violating child pornography laws...even though it's just a kid in the bath. Such incidents can lead to parents getting their children taken away from them even though they didn't actually do anything wrong. These exemptions help to safeguard from such incidents, which aren't even restricted to simply images of children.

It's a dam chibi version of Leopard which doesn't even exist in reality to any extent aside from the picture on your screen. I really don't know why the discussion on this is still going. I don't see it as CP, it's not my style of art, I would prefer something better but overall, yes, it's cute just like the other Chibi versions of the bosses. Naturally the girl would be mostly naked but covered up well (sexy appeal). I see no big deal in this but thread had a nice de-rail, would like to see it get back on track

Anyways aside all that, closing in on 100 runs, still no Slave weapon drops, really amazed with the RNG on these area drops haha running into Anga more than ever, crossing my hopes for my last FI 13* so I can switch characters finally. I'm missing just a few weapons from the bosses, couple of 12*'s then I'll end up having everything from this UQ aside abyssmal Slave weps (not counting Anga). If you ask me, Zeta Baranz does not spawn enough, his titles will take some time

Wonder when they plan on buffing lightning techs like they said they would.

It's a bit of problem that you need Bolt PP Save for them to even be viable.

It was buffed with the EP3 updates. I always used the Lightning element(different skilltrees), and there was a big improvement to lightning techs, I saw my Zonde jump from 9k to 14k with a Satellite Riser and Gizonde from 8k to 12k, a significant improvement. Same apllies to the other lightning techs.

But of course, it still could use some work, like a PP cost reduction, +range recipes etc.

It's just a culture thing. In the West, everyone has been trained to immediately see women as victims.
Feminity is also increasingly perceived as "weak" and "wrong".
They also often immediately assume everything has to be sexual in nature.
I'm not even exaggerating. It's like I can't talk about anything anymore without someone trying to link it to sexuality.

Meanwhile, in Japan, cuteness is justice.
In places like Japan and Russia, femininty is valued and respected.
Japan also likes to anthropomorphize everything. They apparently have a long history of doing so.
So, it's normal for Japanese people to make cute girl versions of stuff.
Girls love it, and guys love it. Cuteness doesn't have to be sexual.

I don't see how cuteness or feminity translates into victimhood.
That's a huge jump and it makes no sense. You're also looking down on and devaluing cuteness and feminity.
If you're seeing it that way and making it into something bad, then you're probably the problem.
Or you're assuming that everyone else is stupid and evil enough to make it a problem.
Or you're surrounded by assholes who constantly associate those things with victimhood.

On the topic of "badassery", I was recently watching a professional freelance Japanese female artist's livestream.
She talked about how doing art for the West is difficult because the West sees youth as a bad thing.
In Japan, heroes are usually young. I imagine that this is because it's usually young people who are motivated with a desire for a better future.
The West is the opposite. Western protagonists tend to be old, muscly men. I sometimes see Japanese people talk about that.
Commenters on the artist's stream suggested that if she's doing work for the West, she should just draw lots of muscles.
I laughed, because it's true.

The West has a silly obsession with strength, masculinity and "badassery" to the point of devaluing everything else.
Strength isn't everything. Badassery isn't everything. Masculinity isn't everything.
You can't have strength without weakness, because strength is about overcoming weakness, and protecting the weak.
There would be no "strong" if everybody was strong.

I'm not saying "oh, Japan is best" or anything like that.
I just think there are better ways of doing things that don't lead to meaningless conflict.
Other places in the world can sometimes be good examples for that.
The saddest part is people are going to read (or skim through) what I've written above, and think "you're making me look bad", instead of thinking "hmm, you have a point".
People don't care about facts anymore. Everyone just wants to be "right".
