PSU Illuminus PC version; Issues with GameGuard

I've had Phantasy Star Universe: Ambition of the Illuminus for PC for quite a while now, but it's always had issues with GameGuard. After I start the game it says "GameGuard initialization error" and closes the game. I've always played the game by using an exe I found which bypasses GameGuard, but I made the idiotic mistake of uninstalling the game while it was in its folder, so I lost it. Now I can't find it online again. Can anybody help me either get GameGuard to work or help me bypass it again?

Edit: I should mention that I'm using Windows 7; I've heard there's issues with GameGuard on Windows 7.
