Confirmation for unit crafting?

So I hear talk of people crafting for HP bonuses on certain sets and what not. I checked out the tables on Cirno and they seem easy to understand, but I have a question about the armour itself when being crafted.

My armour currently has a natural HP boost of 80 HP per piece. Not from affixes. If I were to craft for HP it says I could get it +100 HP at the special craft. Does this mean my armours natural HP would go up by 20, making it 100 in total, or add another 100 to my already 80, giving me 180?

Crafting removes individual bonuses. You will lose your 80 HP natural unit bonus and get 100 HP from the crafting bonus.

You also gain 4% Melee Resist if you craft Special Recipe HP, so maybe that will be an additional bonus besides the 20HP increase

If you craft Special Recipe 10PP instead, you gain 4% Ranged Resist.

Btw, what unit you're going to craft? Just curious.
