Phantasy Star Online Version 2:

Whenever I am killed, I am not prompted to reanimate and the screen is just reddish. Do I have to reset the game in order to play? What's the deal here...

Do you not get asked if you want to return to Pioneer either?

Nope, just a reddish sort of screen. Odd huh? Perhaps version 1 works better?

Try uninstalling and reinstall it maybe?
