Best source for strategy and guides?

I'm sure this topic has been discussed many times, but I was curious of the most useful site for PSO2 gameplay (other than PSOW forums of course). What I'm looking is a wikia-site like where there is information about the missions and how to clear them. Descriptions about the enemies and hopefully a list of client missions ordered by area. I know I'm asking a lot, but mayybe there is a jewel out there I haven't spotted before.

Obviously the first suggestion is going to be pop is Cirnopedia. However, I consider Cirnopedia to be more an item/mission database rather than an actual wiki in itself. I'm looking a site that has a little bit more information regarding each mission.

So, any suggestions?

On a side note. If there are none, why we (I mean PSOW users) haven't created one?

Yeah, the JP swiki basically has everything.
Translating it is also a pain because it gets updated so often, and things change.
