Viable Customized PA's?

I mainly play as Fi/Hu and wanted to know if Tornado Dance and Slide Uppercut are viable after crafting? I looked through the quick questions and customized pa threads and see mixed answers, so to be clearer, I'm sure they're probably better than normal if you customize them, but are they actually viable? I never use Tornado Dance unless I'm bored and wanted to torture the Banthers, and Slide Uppercut, I just never use, are either of them better than the other similar Fi/Hu pa's if you customize them?

Tornado dance is pretty dam good even without crafting but having it crafted pretty much gives you the same PA but with assult buster aswell. As for the knuckle one....just stick to flash thousand. Its fun but its not very useful.

Edit : Thanks to the both persons that helped me (1 by MP, 1 just bellow me), I also had to remove the part which was telling to start at 0:XY seconds.

Just remove the s from https in your URL.

if not, than you need some way to charge PP faster - too expensive

yep the last two hits will most likely miss as the enemy gets knocked back in the air

as you can see above( nice vid btw good job) it has it use,
with FI/BR maybe (10% dmg profit from average S.charge)
but not with FI/HU you need to charge it which is waste of time
