Rare Gryphon farming in Beach Wars 3

Just in case people don't know yet, here's what people are doing in Beach Wars 3.

1. Get 12 people together.

2. Each person searches for Nyau individually:

2a. If an NPC trial spawns on C2, telepipe back to ship and return to map again to get rid of it.
2b. Look for Nyau on B2~B4. You won't get anymore codes from C4 onwards due to the spawn limit.
2c. If Nyau doesn't spawn, restart the map.

3. If Nyau spawns and brings along a Gryphon Gels (don't bother with the normal version), gather everyone up, farm about 300 points worth of mobs, then kill Gryphon.

4. Everyone splits up. Repeat until the EQ is over.

With 12 people searching you should get 2~3 rare Gryphons per EQ. 13-star drop rate is extremely high - with various boosts it's not unusual to get 1~2 drops in the MPA per Gryphon.

If it's nearing the 30 minute mark you could gather everyone together and run the MPA normally to maximize your time, but most people will want to conserve boost tickets so I wouldn't bother.

talk about rare from Gryphons, it didn't drop any for me but I do get new swords 12s and Jet Boot 12s from other mob

Did this with my team twice already, although we only got one rare each EQ. The EQ just an hour ago dropped 3 13*s for us. It's coming up again this hour on ship 2 btw.

Is it the same deal as with Anga where the hunters just have locked parties that they open up once a Gryphon Gels is found?

This is something I'd like to try.

Did it with my team again, got 2 rare Gals. Two people got 13*s. The drop rates are indeed very high for level 80 rare Gal.

Would be nice if my ship would have a non-scheduled EQ sometime. Don't think it's happened once so far.
