Don't TMGs lose Gear when you get hit? That might be it too.
when i get hit i see it drop down to a 3rd ( i can check later) but it fills up pretty quick anyways. I was just wondering about the whole 75% thing, wasn't sure if it there or not but good to know, looking forward to the buffs
Not all at once, but in percentile amounts like guy above me said. Though with a certain skill who's name I don't remember, coupled with a certain ability (I think Showtime) you don't lose gear at all.

Getting hit decreases it by 1 section, but getting hit by an attack that would knock you down, even if you have hyper armor at the time, removes the whole bar.

The only buffs we're getting tonight are the level cap bonuses. ._.
They've slipped in adjustments without pre-announcing them before, so unless they've been confirmed to not be happening, I'm staying blindly hopeful, lol.
