You'll get a lot more support if you take off the must have completed title, and just coach the ones who haven't completed it.

Completion title means nothing. You could get a whole group of people who just got lucky with a good pug that carried them, while locking out the exact opposite.

Eh, you tried, and got called out on the ever present catch 22 in asking for the "chieve". There are people out there who have title, but are horrible players who got carried. Meanwhile there are good players who don't have the title because they either A.) Get denied by people requiring the title to join. B.) Keeping getting groups full of people who don't understand the basic concepts of the game, so they die repeatedly to simple things or don't buy challenge dolls.

My suggestion, inspect people outside the shared ships if you can.

I thought CM as one of the 8 non-roled people is really straightforward though:

1. Don't collect glowing green things
2. Don't die
3. If you die, have a Half Doll
4. Buy Vinculum units, at least one boss killing weapon (Daggers with Sympho eventually) and one ranged mobbing weapon (Launcher with Cluster Bullet). Upgrade weapons as needed.
5. Know where to split
6. Kill stuff

That's 90% of it really. You forgot the part about wands, and techs though. I'd say foie, zonde, and gibarta are must-haves.
