For the last three days around this time... the OTP isn't working at all....

Been trying to log on for a while now, and I think ive entered my OTP more than 6 times without realizing, but i am just getting error 659. How would I know my acc is locked? Specific error code?
I was on it all of las tnight, this is just weird.
Once or twice is one thing, but when the service craps out three days in a row at pretty much the exact same hour something's definitely wrong.
Also guessing there's some rather irate calls being made from Sega by now.
